All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once production has begun.
