Thank you for shopping with vyron. Because our products are made to order, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing

All products are made to order after your purchase is placed.

  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, shipping method, and the products in your order.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by your country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, vyron is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, vyron is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sean9400s@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
